Since joining Altair in 1994, Ms. Hanger has been instrumental in directing the services, capabilities, and infrastructure of the company through several strategic initiatives. During the recent expansion of the company’s global service offerings and supplier alliances, she has been a key contributor to the success of this project.
Ms. Hanger is responsible for ensuring that Altair delivers on its promises, and that our processes, quality assurance measures, and technology initiatives support our customers’ needs. She manages all aspects of the Operations division, which include the following departments: Global Service Delivery (Dallas Global Headquarters, Atlantic Region, Pacific Region); Household Goods Move Management; Information Services (Quality Assurance, Reporting, and Technology); Financial Management (Accounting, Expense Management, and Tax Gross-Up); and Human Resources & Administration.
Ms. Hanger began her career at Altair with 11 years of experience in the relocation, human resources, and legal fields. She is a member of ERC, and holds the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation.
Ms. Hanger holds a degree in Economics from the University of New Mexico. She is active in numerous civic and community assistance programs.
