
2024 Client Partner Experience Survey Results
As an Experience Management (XM) company, we take data seriously. We collect both experience (X) and operational (O) data from our four key stakeholders who interact with Altair and use this to analyze and act, continuously seeking to improve the experiences for which we are responsible. For our valued client partners, this includes a Client Partner Experience (CPX) survey distributed annually via our XM platform, powered by Qualtrics.
The survey consists of 22 questions, including a range of ratings and free form for improvements, suggestions, and recognition. In 2022, we also introduced an Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) section so we can better understand how to support our clients in their ESG goals. We are delighted to share our 2024 results below, which demonstrate improvement in every category but one compared to 2023, and look forward to another tremendous year of partnership and growth with our client partners.
